By placing an order with Elysian Parfum, you agree to the full terms of our Return Policy as listed below.

Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Discovery Sets (all variations)
• 10mL Travel Sprays
• Coffret Sets

These items are final sale and non-refundable.

Full Bottle Returns

We want you to love your fragrance! That’s why every full bottle order includes a complimentary sample of the fragrance to try before opening the full-size bottle.

• Returns are accepted only if the full-size bottle remains completely unopened and in its original wrapping (including any outer wrapping paper).
• If you decide the fragrance isn’t for you after trying the sample, simply email us at shipping@elysianparfum.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will provide a return shipping label for your unopened bottle.

Important Notes

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Returned packages must be shipped within 14 days from the date of delivery (per USPS/UPS tracking).
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen return packages. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking information.
• International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to shipping regulations.
